Worker Verification Process
Every professional who applies to GoHireHumans is screened before being approved to accept tasks. This is not optional — all workers must pass verification.
Identity Verification
All professionals must verify their real identity before being approved. This prevents anonymous bad actors and ensures accountability for every task completed on the platform.
Skills & Experience Review
Applicants provide details about their skills, relevant experience, and the service categories they want to work in. Our review process evaluates their suitability for the types of tasks they'll handle.
Policy Agreement
All professionals must agree to GoHireHumans' terms of service, community standards, and prohibited conduct policies. Violations result in suspension or permanent removal.
Ongoing Ratings & Reviews
After every completed task, clients leave ratings and reviews. Professionals with low ratings or complaints are flagged for review. Consistent poor performance results in suspension.
Content Safety & Prohibited Tasks
GoHireHumans is a professional services platform. Certain categories of tasks are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Clients who post prohibited tasks are immediately removed from the platform. All task descriptions are reviewed for compliance.
Secure Payments & Escrow
All payments on GoHireHumans are processed through Stripe and held in escrow until task completion. Neither GoHireHumans nor the professional can access the funds until you release them.
Stripe-Powered Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your credit card and banking details are never stored on GoHireHumans servers.
Escrow Protection
When you fund a task, your payment is held in secure escrow. It is released to the professional only after you approve the completed work. If you're unsatisfied, you can request revisions or open a dispute before releasing payment.
Dispute Resolution
If a client and professional disagree on whether a task was completed satisfactorily, GoHireHumans offers a dispute resolution process:
- Either party can open a dispute through the task dashboard.
- GoHireHumans reviews the task details, communications, and deliverables.
- A resolution is issued within a reasonable timeframe.
- Funds are held in escrow throughout the dispute process.
Privacy Protections
GoHireHumans takes user privacy seriously. Personal and financial data is never sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Data Minimization
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform. Task details are shared with the assigned professional only — not broadcast publicly by default.
No Data Selling
